The conference is designed to provide women of color, low wage
women, and young women with information, resources, and tools to
positively develop their own agenda about issues that affect their
daily lives, including economic self sufficiency
New this year is the addition of a young women’s module, through a partnership with COLOR where young women aged 14-21 will:
- Learn
how the state government works and how they can have their voices heard
on public policy issues impacting their communities; and
- Have an opportunity to meet and learn from a panel of women elected officials.
